Energy for Your Life will be the first book is a series of eight written to help you improve your energetic relationship with yourself. You'll learn how to receive, retain and recycle your energy better, whether the energy you need is for yourself, your partner, kids, family, workmates and others. Foods for Your Life was created because so many people have asked me for recipes, or wanted to know about the best foods to eat to improve or keep their health and personal energy levels. Excerpts from my Foods for Your Life, the cookbook, will soon be available online and as part of my e-newsletters. Foods for Your Life was first developed as a program for broadcast that highlights the recipes, foods and concepts that people need to know so they can eat to live AND live to eat.
I hope that you'll learn things here that you'll want to use as part of your everyday life, for the rest of your life. By changing the way you think, feel, recall memories, or plan your future, including what you choose to eat, you'll soon find that your energy levels will improve by yourself, for yourself and on demand.
