Most of us live to eat. Most of us also know how important it is to be and stay healthy. And most of us know that to live as well as we want, from here until we are well into our golden years, we have to eat things that are good for us too.
Foods for Your Life will combine food that is tantalizing with ways to respect and heal your body. Foods for Your Life's recipes will be good for you and your soul. Many recipes will be familiar, but with new twists. Other recipes will address health or lifestyle concerns that you've wanted to find solutions for. Either way, they'll be easy to prepare and will help you:
- stabilize and even improve your, your family's and your friends' heart, diabetic and/or immune system health;
- replace many of the most common allergenic foods with ones that nourish you and don't put as much stress on your body;
- optimize your athletic training and weight balancing programs;
- age more gracefully and lucidly; and/or
